Inside the hosel and below the shaft bore of most Golfsmith clubhead designs, an additional, slightly narrower cavity is drilled out leaving a void in the hosel that can be filled with a specially designed weight plug ranging in weight from 2.5 to 9 grams. This is the cleanest, most professional method available for adding and customizing swingweights in golf clubs. This 10-pack of plugs weigh 2.5 grams each and can increase swingweight by up to 4.5 points.
