The Hank Haney Swing Fan uses fluid air resistance and benefits for both technique and strength. The player can set their own level of difficulty because the harder the player swings, the more effort is required. With its four large fins the Swing Fan produces a swing that is a smooth, sweeping motion with a powerful lag just before impact. Flaws like lifting and casting are discouraged.
